A new study has indicated that men are likelier to cheat at the age of 33 and 49.
The study, which took place in three countries and approached thousands of people, demonstrated that men are more likely to cheat on their partners just before they approach a significant birthday, the Mirror reported.
Terence Cheng of the University of Melbourne, lead researcher of the study, said that human happiness hits the lowest point around the ages of 40 to 42.
It has been observed that 49 year-old men are signing up to extra-marital affair website Ashley Madison in unexpectedly large numbers.
