Justin Timberlake's New York City restaurant failed a recent health inspection and has been charged with sanitation violations after "mice" were found squeaking around.
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene hit the 'Sexy Back' singer's Southern Hospitality venue with four violations following a routine examination in July, News.com.au reported.
According to the documents, two of those violations were critical: the one showing "evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food area", with the venue having "conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist."
And the other one suggesting an area of the kitchen which comes in contact with food was "not properly washed, rinsed and sanitised after each use, and following any activity when contamination may have occurred."
However, the Southern-style barbecue eatery, which debuted in 2007, is still open as the final grade for Southern Hospitality is awaited.
