'Trailer Park Boys' star Michael Smith has been arrested after witnesses say he choked a woman at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.
According to a source, Smith, who plays Bubbles on the Netflix show, was with a female friend early April 1 morning when they got into an argument in the bathrooms next to the pool, reports TMZ.com.
Reportedly, it sounded like the shouting was over who Smith had been texting.
Another source says, the woman was heard yelling, "you're choking me" and when people ran over, Smith was seen pinning the woman up against the bathroom wall.
Law enforcement says Smith was booked for misdemeanor domestic battery, and released a few hours later.
