Mickey Rooney has written most of his family, including his eight children, out of his will, it has been revealed.
According to the veteran actor's lawyer, Michael Augustine, the will leaves a small amount for his stepson, who had been his caretaker, but excludes his estranged wife Jan Rooney and his eight surviving children.
Augustine added that Rooney, who's estate was valued at mere 10,000 pounds, believed that his children were more financially stable than he was.
The actor, who died due to natural causes on April 6, had mentioned his desire to be buried in Hollywood, but didn't buy any plot as he couldn't afford it, the lawyer continued.
