Milla Jovovich has opened up about the civil strife in her homeland Ukraine and insisted that she wants to help the helpless people there.
The Ukrainian model said that she has been following the events that culminated in the collapse of President Viktor Yanukovych's government and she wants to help out in raising funds to benefit hospitals and aid workers in the city, Contactmusic reported.
The 'Resident Evil' star said that she has no taste for politics, but she will do everything in her power to help the helpless and she has always "put her money where her mouth is" when it comes to helping people.
Jovovich, who has been following the posts of 21-year-old medical volunteer Olesya Zhukovska, who was reportedly shot in the neck by riot police, added that she will find out what she can personally do for the victims of the violence in the Ukraine.
