A Miss Universe hopeful has filed a lawsuit against the Miss Universe Organization (MUO), claiming that a recruiter tried to dupe her into sex in a parking lot.
Ashleigh Blake, from Tracy in Northern California, filed the suit against MUO over her run-in with a guy she claimed promised to land her modeling jobs, Radar Online reported.
In the lawsuit, Blake said that he wanted to have oral sex in exchange for fast-tracking her career.
Blake claimed that she immediately burst into tears and ran away from the car, straight to the cops, where she was told that she couldn't file criminal charges as the recruiter hadn't forced her to perform the sex act.
Therefore Blake, who is looking for atleast 200,000 dollars in damages, is suing MUO for knowingly hiring scam artists who lure naive women with false promises of modeling contracts and fame.
