Michael Jackson's hologram performance that debuted at the Billboard Music Awards left some members of the audience very emotional.

The hologram, which mirrored King of Pop's signature slick dance moves, performed 'Slave to the Rhythm' along with a plethora of background dancers, beaming lights and fire blasts, Stuff.co.nz reported.

A federal judge had earlier ruled that the Billboard Music Awards can use a hologram of the deceased pop icon, rejecting efforts from tech companies seeking to block the digital performance.
