England all-rounder Moeen Ali may miss the second Ashes Test against Australia beginning on Thursday due to a side injury.
A final decision will be taken after the 28-year-old spinner undergoes a fitness test during practice session at Lord's on Wednesday.
Uncapped leg-spinner Adil Rashid would be roped into the team if Ali is deemed unfit, the BBC reported.
Ali played a vital role in the 169-run first Test victory at Cardiff, where he scored 77 in the first innings and claimed five wickets in the match.
