Newly-appointed Pakistan head coach Moin Khan has said that his team needs to overcome the situation of the 'Big Three' by continuing to fight and keeping up their performances.
Fears of Pakistan's isolation from international cricket have been raised after Sri Lanka made a unanimous decision to back reforms in International Cricket Council (ICC) proposed by the 'Big Three' - the Indian, English and Australian boards.
According to the Express Tribune, although the development has totally isolated the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which is now the only governing body left that has not backed the new ICC reforms, however, Khan said that they need to overcome the situation on the field through their performances.
Admitting that Pakistan cricket is going through a crisis, Khan also said that they need support to produce good results under the circumstances, adding that it is the responsibility of the team to keep fighting and to produce good results.
Meanwhile, the former captain further said that his main objective is to remove the 'fear of failure' from the team, adding that he is confident of making a change in attitude and bringing in more fighting spirit in the team.
