England skipper Eoin Morgan's impressive 74 helped his side clinch a five-run win over Australia in the lone Twenty20 international at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff on Monday.
England set a 183-run target for Australia, thanks to Morgan (74) and Moeen Ali (unbeaten 72).
In reply, Australia could score 177 runs in their allotted twenty overs.
Skipper Steven Smith scored his T20 international best 90, before getting out to David Willey.
Moeen Ali of England was adjudged 'man of the match'.
The two sides will now play the first of their five one-day matches in Southampton on Thursday.
