Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has slammed his side's defensive frailties for committing 'ridiculous mistakes' during their 2-1 Champions League defeat against Porto.
Brazilian defender Roque Maicon headed in the decisive goal from a corner shortly after the break to consign Chelsea to their fifth defeat of the season.
Reflecting on the loss, Mourinho said his side made ridiculous mistakes as Porto were taking dozens of corners, which eventually led the Portuguese side to netting in the winner, the Daily Express reports.
The defeat saw the Premier League champions drop to third in Group G and a loss against Dynamo Kiev on October 20 would reduce their chances of reaching the knockout stage.
