President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday extended his greetings to Grand Duke Henri and people of Luxembourg on the eve of their National Day.
"On behalf of the people and the Government of India, I extend my warm greetings and felicitations to Your Royal Highness and to the people of Luxembourg on the occasion of your National Day," President Mukherjee said in his message to Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg.
The President said that the close ties between our two countries are marked by goodwill and mutual understanding and have grown significantly in recent years.
"I am confident that the existing bonds of friendship between our peoples will continue to strengthen and grow in the years to come. Please accept, Your Royal Highness, our best wishes for your health and personal well-being, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Luxembourg," he added.
