Celebrating Eid with special recipes and uniqueness of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, Barbeque Nation has brought Mumbai's famous street food to Delhi with 'Magic of Mohammed Ali Road'.
Now, one can savour the flavours of Mohammad Ali Road as Barbeque Nation re-created Mumbai's famous street food till October 11, 2015.
The signature dishes which are must try are Tandoori Bater Mussallam- quail cooked in an oven and garnished with lemon and onion rings; and Chicken Chatpata- slightly saucy spicy chicken, flavoured with soy sauce and green onions in the grilled section. Whereas, in the main course, tuck into plate of Zam Zam Pulao- a rice dish that consists of chicken, mutton, mixed vegetables and nuts; or gorge on Mutton Khichda- a rich, meaty stew. The rustic street flavors in all the dishes from this scrumptious feast are carefully re-created by Barbeque Nation chefs.
The highlights of the festival are the live-counters and rehri-carts, where dishes like Mutton Seek Kabab served with warm pav; Patthar Ke Kabab- succulent mutton and paneer cooked on a Ladi stone; and Raan e Gosht- tender pieces of mutton in a sumptuous gravy delicately perfumed with spices will cooked in traditional style. End your meal with piping hot Mawa Jalebi, a traditional sweet from Mohammed Ali Road or create your own flavored Kulfi.
Manish Pandey, Regional Operations Manager, North, Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., said, "The Magic of Mohammed Ali Road menu is an exploration of the range of flavours that typify Iftaar street food in Mumbai. The dishes have very different tastes and flavours that set it apart from Mughlai, Lucknowi and Hyderabadi cuisine. We aim to recreate the magic of these delicacies on our diners' plates while ensuring the dishes remain true to the original Mohammad Ali Road style of cooking."
