Britain number one Andy Murray is reportedly hoping that former doubles world number one Jonas Bjorkman would join his full-time coaching team after working with the Scot in the next month.
Bjorkman, a former world number four who retired in 2008, would assist French Fed Cup captain Amelie Mauresmo, who works with Murray for 25 weeks a year.
The Swede said that he is really looking forward to joining Murray and his team for a test week, which they both hope would lead to joining the team permanently, the BBC reported.
Bjorkman, who is appearing in Sweden's 'Let's Dance' TV series, was suggested as a replacement for Ivan Lendl when the Czech ended his relationship with Murray a year ago.
Murray parted company with Dani Vallverdu in November and has been looking for a coach to work with when Mauresmo does not travel.
Mauresmo joined Murray in Indian Wells this week, the first time they have been together at a tournament since Novak Djokovic beat the world number four in last month's Australian Open final.

Since then, Murray has lost in the quarterfinals in Rotterdam and Dubai, before leading Britain to Davis Cup victory over the United States.
Murray said regarding his coaching situation that after the Australian Open, he spent the next three or four weeks with no coach and he feels that's something he needs to get sorted. He added that he feels like there are some things he needs to continue to work on all the time, insisting that when he doesn't have someone there with him it's a little bit harder to do that.
Since retiring, Bjorkman has been involved with the Stockholm Open and the Swedish Davis Cup team, the report added.
