Three-time champion Andy Murray survived a major scare as he overcame a fine grass-court display by Luxemburg's Giles Muller to enter the semi-finals at Queen's tournament.
Muller, who is currently ranked 48, showed a clinical performance until the top seed finally stepped up the gear and went on to defeat him 3-6, 7-6(7-2), 6-4.
The world number three will now face Viktor Troicki in the semis, the BBC reported.
Delighted with the victory, Murray said that he had started to read the serve a bit better at the end of the tie-break and that was when the match changed.
The British ace, 28, said that it was always tough when a player was behind and also he was not getting many chances, but at the end he started to return better and relaxed a bit more, playing some good tennis.
He hoped that he could take that form into the semi-finals.
Murray will be taking on Troicki for the seventh time in his career and has a 6-0 record, but the duo have met only once since the Serb returned from a 12-month ban last July for failing to take a dope test.
