A group of naked animal lovers got together to help save Sumatran tigers by running around the London zoo to raise money for the rare subspecies of tiger.

300 'Streak for Tigers' campaigners shed their clothes and covered themselves in body paints, tiger masks and tiger ears, to run through the Zoo in the after-hours event, the Daily Star reported.

The participants ran a 300m course through the centre of the attraction, with some exhibitionists even choosing to complete several laps of the circuit.

The sponsored streak raised around 60,000 pounds, which will be used for the conservation work to protect the Sumatran tigers, of which only 300 remain in the wild.
