The famous New York City Naked Cowgirl has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Naked cowboy, to stop him from using cowgirl "imposters" in his act.
Former stripper Sandy Kane, who had filed to trademark her cowgirl act in July, is on a turf war with Naked Cowboy Robert Burck, the New York Post reported.
Kane said that Burck is getting too greedy and has seven girls out performing, who can neither dance nor play guitar and have no talent.
Burch, who had earlier threatened rival Naked Indian with a lawsuit, to merge with his company, said that he loves Kane as she has got balls of steel to fight but she can't win because of that as it requires legitimacy and legal status.
