Calling him a narcissist, Bill Cosby's first victim Andrea Constand's attorney has filed now a new motion against the comedian claiming that he didn't even realise that she was gay while assaulting her.
Tabloid media revealed that in the filing, attorney Dolores Troiani has slammed the 78-year-old comedian as a narcissist who didn't grasp that Constand, who was in a relationship with a woman at the time of the alleged assault, was homosexual, reported People magazine.
Troiani wrote, "as defendant admits in his deposition, despite his talent for interpreting female reactions to him, he did not realise plaintiff was gay until the police told him."
Constand, who worked at Temple University, had filed a civil suit against the comedian in 2006, claiming that he drugged her and forced her to touch him intimately.
