Natalie Portman may be playing a gun-slinging cowgirl in her latest film, 'Jane Got a Gun,' but in real life, she strongly advocates for tighter gun laws in the United States.
The 34-year-old actress said at the movie's New York premiere that she is definitely very concerned about the gun violence in the US, reports People Magazine.
When asked if she agrees with President Obama's recent effort to increase the gun ownership regulation, the actress passionately expressed her support, "Yes, absolutely."
Portman admitted that while filming 'Jane Got a Gun,' she was nervous about working with the weapon.
