NDA Govt. must speak with actions: JD (U)

The Janata Dal (United) on Sunday said the NDA Government, which has been given responsibility by the people of the nation, must speak with actions.

He was commenting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 15th edition of 'Mann Ki Baat' which he addressed earlier today.

"When the government is formed, then one must speak with action. When people vests responsibility, then it should be fulfilled and carried out with actions. They have absolute strength and budget of Rs. 18 lakh crores, so they must speak with actions," Yadav told ANI.

Wishing the nation on Christmas and New Year, Prime Minister Modi today said India is a festival-driven economy.

He highlighted the importance of cleanliness in India's tourist destinations. He also talked on a number of issues like electrification in villages, Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) implementation, disabled people and so on.

The Prime Minister also took the opportunity to launch a campaign for the upcoming Republic Day to espouse the people to think and write something about duties which are enshrined in the Constitution.
