The allocation of seats for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections has almost been finalised by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would announce by this evening or tomorrow, said former Bihar chief minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha founder Jitan Ram Manjhi.

Manjhi, who was here to hold talks with BJP president Amit Shah and party leader Radha Mohan Singh in this regard, said though the seat sharing was already done, talks on allotment of seats were going on.

"It is almost clear now that which seats are allotted to us, hence I'm returning to Patna," he added.

When asked if he was satisfied with the allocation of 20 seats in the 243-member Bihar assembly, Manjhi said his support to the NDA was unconditional, and thus, he was satisfied.

Speaking on the opposition parties' demanding a ban on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio show 'Maan Ki Baat' as the Model Code of Conduct for the Bihar polls is in force, Manjhi said nobody should have any problem when one does his 'Maan ki Baat'.

The opposition parties believe that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may use his radio programme to woo the voters ahead of Bihar polls.
