Neha Kant, Founder of Clovia, has been felicitated with the "Best Woman Entrepreneur" award at the Dun & Bradstreet - RBL Bank SME Business Excellence Awards 2017, in the category "Entrepreneurial Spirit Award - Woman Entrepreneur."
The awards were held on 17th November 2017 at the Hyatt Regency.
Before donning the entrepreneurial hat and starting up Clovia, Neha Kant was pivotal in setting up and growing the e-commerce business for the India Today Group, and had a short stint as Head of Digital Marketing for business verticals of the Smile Group. She started her career with Ad Agency FCB ULKA, where she got to learn the tenets of building brands.
Clovia was set up in 2013 to address the gap that this enterprising entrepreneur noticed - of demand and supply in the intimate wear segment. Clovia has made exponential strides growing aggressively quarter-on-quarter.
Backed by its technology backbone including its proprietary customer data analytics that foresees sales trends and recommends production planning, Clovia offers nearly 200 styles per month, with the best working capital ratios in the industry.
Operating in a nascent and fragmented market traditionally ruled by regional players, Clovia has become a dominant force in the women's innerwear sector in a short span of time and is the fastest growing lingerie brand of India.
The Dun & Bradstreet Corporate Awards event was a platform for companies to demonstrate their thought leadership in the corporate sector.
