Barcelona cruised into their third successive Champions League semifinal after trouncing Paris St-Germain 2-0 in their last-eight second-leg tie on Tuesday night, thanks to double strikes from Neymar.
Holding a commanding 3-1 lead from the first-leg, Barca were put ahead in the 14th minute by Neymar, who was brilliantly assisted by a dazzling Andres Iniesta.
Subsequently, the Brazilian striker added a second through a stunning header to give the La Liga leaders a robust four-goal aggregate lead before the break.
Reflecting on his team's performance, Barca manager Luis Enrique said that they had a great start to the game and it was decisive, insisting that he hoped the best was yet to come as his players had been playing this season to be in the position to win titles, the BBC reported.
Paris St-Germain boss Laurent Blanc, meanwhile, said that he had hoped they would play a better game, admitting that they weren't up to the challenge in either game defensively and didn't have the scoring punch in attack.
