An NGO called Bharat Bachao Sangathan has filed a complaint against former Supreme Court Justice A.K Ganguly who has been accused of sexually harassing a law intern with a police station in Kolkata on Wednesday.

The NGO had held a demonstration in front of the Rights Commission's office on Monday demanding Justice Ganguly's resignation from the post of chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission (WBHRC).
