Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that her new album 'Big Fat Lie' was like "therapy."
The 36-year-old singer said that it's a very personal album to her and it's a transitional album as it is very honest and authentic, People Magazine reported.
The former 'X Factor' judge, who for eight years felt like she wasn't enough, wasn't pretty, was fat and wasn't worthy of more, added that she is in a different place in her life now and she feels a bit more confident and comfortable in her own skin to be able to talk about things that she hadn't talked about before.
Scherzinger continued that it feels good to be truthful, because not everyone's perfect and everyone always has these pre-conceived notions that unlike celebrities, who are supposedly glamorous and don't have any problems and any issues, they battle with their own issues.
