"Since Modi is visiting the state first time, nearly 15 months, after becoming the Prime Minister, on the behalf of the Bihar government, I welcome him. Being a representative and attendant of Bihar, I too am eagerly waiting for him, his speech and announcements," Nitish told ANI.

"We will listen what he (Modi) has to say from his political platform. Bihar's people will listen to his speech. And then only we will give our remarks," he added.
