The Naga Students' Union Delhi (NSUD) recently celebrated the 50th year of its existence in the national capital with enthusiasm and gaiety.

The NSUD was established in 1963. During the event, a group of students performed a harmony dance in their colorful attires and mesmerized the audience.

"NSUD is one of the biggest and most recognized student's body in Delhi and we realized that it is because of the efforts and sacrifice made by the former executives, and we wanted to honour them. I am happy that many people from Nagaland and Manipur have turned up," said Lhusisato Iralu, President, NSUD

'Inspiration Awards' were also given to some Naga achievers in recognition of their work in different fields.

"Organization like NSUD is very important organization. As we already listened to them everybody spoke very well and this is the way to go that everybody unite together and work together," added Dr. Aryo Shishak, first president, NSUD
