A Hudson Valley inn fines its guests for 500dollars for every negative review their guest's posts online.
The Union Street Guest House (USGH) in Hudson, New York official website states that if one stayed here to attend a wedding anywhere in the area and leave us a negative review on any internet site you agree to a 500dollars fine for each negative review, ABC News reported.
USGH recently posted to its Facebook page that the policy regarding wedding fines was put on their site as a tongue-in-cheek response to a wedding many years ago.
The attempt at restricting travelers' reviews had prompted a backlash on Yelp and on the USGH's Facebook page and therefore, policy has since been removed from the inn's official website.
