As the World Cup is heading towards a mouth-watering semifinal contests, it would be more interesting to witness former teammates-turned-foes Kevin Pietersen and Graeme Swann sitting behind the microphones in the commentary box at Eden Park.

Both teammates are known for exchanging fierce remarks as Swann branded Pietersen's autobiography KP a "work of fiction" and described the batsman's criticism of wicketkeeper Matt Prior as "codswallop".

Responding to that, Pietersen allegedly called the spinner a "c***", according to an Ashes rap sheet filed by the England and Wales Cricket Board, Stuff.co.nz reported.

The first World Cup semifinal is scheduled to be held on March 24 in Auckland.
