National Conference leader Omar Abdullah has given a rating of 'half-star' to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his work in Jammu and Kashmir.
"I will not give a rating of more than two and a half star to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. And in the case of Jammu and Kashmir, I would give him half-star rating," he told a Pakistani journalist in an interview.
The former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister, however, lauded Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi for bringing his party back to life after the dismal show in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.
"Rahul Gandhi has changed since he has come back from his 50-day holiday. He has changed the way Congress works. The way he spoke in the Parliament, it seems he has been able to bring the Congress back to life," he added.
