Oscars 2016: 1st timer Mark Rylance bags Best Supporting Actor award

Mark Rylance got his first Oscars nomination this year and he is heading back with a golden lady in his hand.

The 56-year-old actor was given the title of Best Supporting Actor for his role in 'Bridge of Spies.'

Competing with him were Sylvester Stallone for 'Creed,' Mark Ruffalo for 'Spotlight,' Tom Hardy for 'The Revenant' and Christian Bale 'The Big Short.'

The 88th Academy Awards took place on February 28 at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre.
