Outgoing midfielder Steven Gerrard has revealed that not winning the Premier League title is his biggest regret as a Liverpool player.
Gerrard will bid adieu to his boyhood club on 24 May at Stokes before joining Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy in June. The veteran midfielder, who played more than 700 times for the club, said that never winning the Premier League was not the only regret, but the biggest, the BBC reported.
Gerrard believes that one is always going to have incredible moments as well as some cruel lows, insisting that his journey certainly hasn't gone smoothly and he wouldn't change it for anything.
Gerrard led the club to the Champions League title in 2005, also winning the UEFA Cup, two FA Cups, three League Cups, one Community Shield and two UEFA Super Cups.
