Ozzy Osbourne has revealed that in a battling for life situation he would prefer dying.
The 65-year-old hard rock singer nearly died in an accident 11 years ago, where his heart stopped twice as paramedics struggled to save him from being paralysed from the neck down, the Mirror reported.
Osbourne's wife, Sharon mentioned of their "suicide pact" in her 2007 autobiography, in which they had agreed to go to Dignitas, the assisted dying organisation in Switzerland, if either of them be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
But now Osbourne seems to have included any life-threatening condition clause in the pact.
The Black Sabbath front man has asked Sharon to "Just turn the machine off" if he can't get up and go to the bathroom himself and have got tubes up his ass and an enema in his throat.
Osbourne has not touched alcohol for 480 days now and is more likely to be found pumping iron than popping pills.
