Pak Army claims killing 57 terrorists in Tirah Valley post Peshawar school attack

Pakistan's military launched fresh air strikes in Khyber Agency's Tirah Valley, killing 57 terrorists.

The military launched around 20 air strikes including "dynamic targeting" in the aftermath of the Peshawar school carnage that left 141 people dead, including 132 school children, Dawn reported.

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Maj-Gen Asim Bajwa tweeted that the operation was launched in response to the recent Army school massacre.

He said that the military operation in the region was being reviewed by the Army Chief General Raheel Sharif.

He further said that the operation was ongoing, the report added.
