Police in Mandi Bahauddin district in Pakistan's in Punjab province on Tuesday reportedly issued an advisory seeking the public support in identifying the terror suspects of Afghan or Pathan origin.
"There are few suspicious people who look like Afghan residents or Pathans and have been seen in different areas of the country. They are carrying Peshawari Qahwa, dry fruits, toys and other household items etc with them," the spokesperson of the police department in Mandi Bahauddin district said.
The advisory further warns of another terror attack in the country.
"Immediately report to the nearest police station, post or police wireless control if such suspected people are seen selling the above mentioned things. Your information and identity would be kept confidential," the advisory said.
The advisory comes in the backdrop of a rise in terror attacks across the country that has claimed more than 100 lives in the last 10 days. The latest incident were three suicide bomb blasts near a court complex in Charsadda that claimed the lives of seven people.
