Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has said that the continuation of the Yemen conflict will have serious implications for regional security in the country.
According to Express Tribune, Sharif presided over the 181st Corps Commander's Conference at the General Headquarters, said DG ISPR Major-General Asim Bajwa.
Sharif said that intelligence based operations should be intensified to remove terrorist hideouts.
He emphasized on the need to combating terrorism by implementing the National Action Plan against terrorism.
The army chief also directed commanders to maintain focus on ending terrorism in the country.
