Pakistan has said that the issue of drones would not overshadow the country's foreign relations with the United States, contradictory to earlier criticism of drone strikes for violating the sovereignty of the nation.
Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam said that the government is working on many tracks with the international community to expand its relations and to promote economic development in Pakistan, Dawn News reports.
The statement came a day after another drone attack in Miramshah and the first since the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) passed a resolution for making drone attacks compliant with the international law.
