Pakistan violating ceasefire intentionally, says Azad

Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on Friday accused Pakistan of violating the ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) with the intention of calling off the talks at the National Security Advisors level recently.

Azad told ANI, "Pakistan wanted to call off the talks, and that is why, Pakistan is continuously violating the ceasefire. The poor innocent people on our border, who have been the victims of Pakistan's firing for the last 65-66 years, have to face this every one or two weeks,"

"This is unfortunate this is the second incident within a week. Civilians were killed in Balakot in Poonch and many were injured, and there was firing in the R S Pura Sector, in which three to four people have died and many were injured," he added.
