Photojournalist Sheng Li has reportedly planned to take further legal action over the brawl with 'Avatar' star Sam Worthington and his girlfriend Lara Bingle.
The 37-year-old actor was arrested in Manhattan when he allegedly assaulted the paparazzo Sheng Li, after he allegedly kicked Bingle.
Li's lawyer, Mark Heller, told Radar Online that the paparazzo will seek a release of all charges that were raised from the dispute with Worthington and the former fiancee of Australian cricketer Michael Clarke.
Heller said that an application will be made for the immediate issuance of an arrest warrant for the 26-year-old for her assault on Li and for the issuance of an Order of Protection in favor of Li against Bingle.
