A personal trainer based in Hollywood has sued Rod Stewart and his son Sean, after Sean allegedly tried to use his medical insurance to cover his physical therapy bills.
Randy Rene - aka The Body Architect - sued Sean for 5,440 dollars for his services rendered from March to May, last year, TMZ.com reported.
According to sources close to the Stewarts, Sean hired Rene to help rehabilitate himself following a car accident where his lower back and shoulder got injured.
When the therapy was over, it's alleged that Randy asked Sean to pay up his sues, but Sean told him to go through his medical insurance instead.
However, Rene said that wouldn't work, and now has dragged tha father-son duo to court.
