Amy Adams has said that she felt that Philip Seymour Hoffman had a distinctive ability to really see people and not look through them.
The 39-year-old actress paid a tribute to Hoffman on 'Inside the Actors Studio' show and got emotional whilst remembering her friend and former co-star.
She said that she wished that all of the students present should have got an opportunity to work with late Hoffman, the Huffington Post reported.
Adams had previously worked with the actor on two separate occasions, in 2008's 'Doubt' and then again in 2012's 'The Master'.
