Authorities at Dubai International Airport (DIA) have warned Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to observe the time slot allotted to it, failing which they would have to adopt a zero tolerance approach to this misuse of a facility on offer.
The Dawn quoted DIA, as saying that PIA has been given two back-to-back warnings over this issue.
They said any further violation would result in a fine being imposed on PIA.
In its defence, PIA said a shortage of planes was responsible for the delay in its flights not only to Dubai but also to several European airports.
