McLaren's Formula One racer Jenson Button has reportedly insisted that he still has plenty to offer as he prepares his 250th Grand Prix this weekend to become only the fifth man to reach that milestone.
Button will reportedly become the fifth man in history to have participated in 250 Grand Prix races as he prepares for Bahrain's Grand Prix this weekend.
The McLaren racer said that he is happy to reach that number as not many are able to do so adding that he is a 'Duracell Bunny' because at 34 these days one is oldest, but when he arrived it was middle of the road, the Mirror reported.
Button also said that every 34year old in Formula One is fitter than ever adding that Ferrari's Fernando Alonso trains to stay young and so does he.
The Formula One racer said that he does not feel old adding that he was an 'ugly bastard' when he looks at his pictures when he was 20 adding that the big surprise is that 50 races ago it was 200 in Hungary and it still seems like yesterday.
Button will go move up to the third position at Silverstone in July with just two men, Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello, ahead of him, the report added.
