Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Sambit Patra on Saturday said the people of Delhi have to choose between development represented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and drama represented by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
"What did the people of Delhi get by electing AAP? Only drama, and now the people of Delhi will choose between drama and development. Prime Minister Modi represents development whereas AAP represents drama," said Patra.
Meanwhile, Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay accused the AAP of being liars.
"We don't need to answer anything regarding AAP as they are themselves full if lies. Ask the people of Delhi where are they are coming from in the rally?" said Upadhyay.
Earlier in the day, the AAP alleged that the BJP is bringing people from the neighbouring states to attend Prime Minister Modi's rally and added that the party is attempting a 'show of strength' by means of this rally.
