NITI Aayog vice-chairman Arvind Panagariya, who is a sherpa for the G-20 Leaders' Summit to be held at Antalya in Turkey on November 15 and 16, on Tuesday said that Prime Minster Narendra Modi would be raising key issues of inclusive growth at the summit.
"Prime Minister Modi will raise key issues of inclusive growth, growth strategies, financial regulation at the G20 summit in Antalay. He will also discuss the refugee crisis and IMF governance reforms," Panagariya told media here.
Panagariya also said the Prime Minister would be accompanied by senior PMO and MEA officers.
"Assuming the G-20 presidency from Australia in December 2014, Turkey had described its G-20 agenda by three I's; Inclusivness, implementation and investment for growth. Growth has been the main focus of the G-20," he added.
He also said that India would be pushing effectively for BEPS (base erosion and profit shifting) at the G-20 Summit.
"A discussion on Climate Change will be held too," he added.

Panagariya also added that Prime Minister Modi will participate in side meeting of the BRICS nations at the G-20 Summit.
"The summit will begin with a welcome ceremony at noon on November 15. The remaining summit is divided into two working sessions. The summit will conclude with a press conference by the Turkish Presidency on November 16," he added.
