Prince Harry is reportedly sending emotional texts to Cressida Bonas up to "15 times a day" to win her back.
According to Daily Express, it is believed that the pair, who were together for two years before calling it quits, is planning to meet when the prince returns to Britain to see if they work things out between them and get back together.
The 25-year-old beauty, who had decided to choose her career over her relationship, was also spotted in tears outside her office the day before the royal left for America.
A friend of the 29-year-old prince said that the pair is still in love, and so the separation may not be absolute.
Earlier, the Prince's elder brother, Prince William, and the Duchess of Cambridge had also separated temporarily in 2007 before getting married in 2011.
