Princess Diana's former bodyguard has warned that Kate and William's baby could be in 'real danger' of being kidnapped.
SAS-trained Ken Wharfe told Look magazine that the protection for the child could cost millions, the Daily Star reported.
Kate is expected to stay at her mum and dad's place following the birth this month but Wharfe feels that the 5-million-pound estate in Bucklebury, Berks, that belongs to Michael Middleton and wife Carole, is not safe.
He said that given the political state of the world, and the vulnerability of the royals, the baby could be in danger and a lot of protection is needed.
He explained that the world is a much more dangerous place than it was 20 years ago, when they used to take William and Harry out.
He insisted that they would have to surround themselves with police, which could be a multi- million pound operation.
He added that security-wise, it's logistically impossible.
