The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) party, which is led by former cricketer Imran Khan, has expressed serious doubts about the Election Commission of Pakistan's (ECP) neutrality and impartiality in the 2018 general elections.
Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had condemned Imran Khan's statements with regard to its functioning as highly irresponsible.
Khan has hinted at the possibility of taking to the streets again before 2018 general elections and expressed fears that fair and transparent elections were not possible without the presence of what he called neutral umpires.
