New Delhi, July 30 (ANI): Punjabi singer-turned-actor Roshan Prince, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming comedy 'Main Teri Tu Mera', has showered praise on his contemporary actor Diljit Dosanjh, who recently stepped into glamorous Bollywood industry with multi-starrer flick 'Udta Punjab'.
In a recent interview with ANI, Roshan, 34, said, "Diljit Dosanjh is a very good actor. He is a very good performer and singer. I and Daljit have done shows together in Canada in 2010. We have also been roommates, so I know him very personally and I can say that he is very intellectual kind of person. He knows very well how to perform, what to choose, he is very mature and is very talented actor."
"Because of his talent he has landed into Bollywood and is earning a good name there and will continue to earn it. My blessings are always with him and I hope he continues to earns great name in Bollywood industry and the entire Punjabi Industry is very proud of him," he added.
Diljit, 32, who has signed his second Bollywood film 'Phillauri' opposite Anushka Sharma, has been widely praised for his portrayal of policemen Sartaj Singh in Abhishek Chaubey's directorial that highlighted drug menace in Punjab.
On a related note, 'Main Teri Tu Mera' is being directed by Ksshitij Chaudhary and also stars actor Jazz Sodhi, Yamini Malhotra, Mankrit Aulakh and Karamjit Anmol.The movie is slated to hit theatres on August 19.
