Quentin Tarantino proved himself to be a party animal as he threw regular parties on the set of 'The Hateful Eight'.

The 52-year-old filmmaker shot the film in Ultra Panavision 70, a format used only on 10 films since its discovery in the 1950s and organised frequent cocktail celebrations for the cast every time he went through 100 reels of the film, reports News24.com.

The film's lead Kurt Russell said that the days on set itself were fun because they celebrated every 100th reel. They used to stop for half an hour and have a party.
